I was purchased Auxus STUNNER - VIRTUAL REALITY SMARTPHONE from ebay company but we have not received virtual glass with mobile,we want to refund my mobile amount-13490/-. we claimed with company but till not received any satisfaction response. complaint opened from 40 days but ebay company is not answering me that they returned 100% amount me of my paid value.So plz help me.
