fraud by online company addidas shoes from an online shopping site name book my order

I ordered a pair of addidas shoes from an online shopping site name book my order , but the item I received was a local pair of reebok shoes this is total fraud .when I asked the dilivery boy that can i CHECK the item infront of him and then pay he said that it is not allowed , when I picked up the item an opened it at home I was totally shocked the shoes in the box are fake ones. I called the delivery boy asked him to give me back my money and take away his order he said call the costumer care , I did that but no one is picking the phone,I tried many times and also send them messages.please help me.
