Customer care not responding to mails to replacement of product Philips BT1000 Trimmer For Men (Blue) under the order ID 2056848166.

Product received on 21 September 2016. Return Requested on same day.
Please help me in getting replace of this product or cash back.

No call back from Paytm till date.

    PayTM dishonours delivery commitments by S Mukherjee:

    I ordered a samsung handset through PayTM app by making online payment on 5th October; Order No. 2101297185. PayTM provided a delivery estimation of by 10th Oct. Till 13th there is no trace of this delivery and neither any interim communication for reason of delay or any visibility on product status.

    On raising complaint at their app the further asks to wait further but provided no information

    After a further wait of 2r hrs I contacted their helpline & their customer care rep after hearing my issue puts call on hold never to come back again.

    Now after 96 hrs elapse from their delivery committed time I still don't have any clue on my consignment for which I have already paid for !!

    This is a disaster & a wretched experience with PayTM ...big talks only.

    Will recommend not falling into their trap.
