Money not refunded for damaged product delivered by MebelKart

I ordered a center table cost Rs. 5200, Order ID: 1003645561 and a completely damaged product was delivered to me. I requested a return of the product on the same day. Followed all the steps provided by MebelKart to get it couriered to the Vendor and it is now successfully delivered to the vendor. But now MebelKart is not refunding my money(Rs 5200). They are not responding back to my mail and there customer care numbers are not working. Please help or suggest a way to get back the money.
