I ordered few deodorants from zotezo.com almost 15 days ago with order no as #100029880. It was shown as shipped through dotzot with tracking number as 700005588183. After they are not delivering but showing out for delivery for more than 4 days, I have informed them and their courier partner and gave alternate contact numbers if needed. But after 2-3 days, they marked it as delivered without even trying for delivery. When I am enquiring about the same with zotezo.com, they are not responding to mails and contact number provided in their website is not able to connect to anybody except getting cut after some time automatically.
I want to lodge a legal complaint against these people who is doing fraud as their business model.
