Snapdeal has delivered a damaged bicycle which I bought it for gifting it. Later on when I request them to take it back and refund the amount they scheduled pickup. But the courier guys acted very smart, 1st time when the person came he returned back saying the box is too big to carry on a two wheeler and will arrange for a pickup by cargo team. Later on the persons called me for pickup and I tried to help them by enquiring whether they are coming by bike or cargo vehicle (So they don’t go back again giving the same reason), they in turn updated the status as customer not available or product not ready for pickup. When I called Snapdeal customer care initially they have taken the request again to pick it up within 2 working days which never happened (They don’t provide any reference number). As it was more than a week I again called them to hear that it is not possible to take the product back.
