Complaint against ADIDAS group for Irresponsible service ordered a cod ADIDAS clothing

I have ordered a cod ADIDAS clothing on 26-9-2016 for which I have got the mail's of dispatch of delivery from ADIDAS but until now i.e. on 24-10-2016 I never received a single call from them regarding the product which i have ordered it for my birthdayon 7-10-2016.
For my interest on the products even though I didn't got a call I only called them many a times for which I have got irresponsible answers and I have ordered it thrice in this course of time.
As I am a student I was eagerly waiting and calling them the ADIDAS groups they claimed the delivery agent FEDEX group I called them too. But both the groups are claiming each other but no answer to me in-between.
These people are responsible for my mental agony and waste of my time and I being a student gave my money and phone to my friend to receive the calls but it's waste of my time and my friend's time too.
I need an answer immediately from the ADIDAS group for their recklessness in their service to their beloved customers like me.
