Dear Team
I ordered a walnut fudge from the website placeoforigin.in and the product got delivered to me on 14th September, 2016. However, the expiry date on the product was mentioned as 19th September,2016.
Now, the claim on their website says that shelf life is 8 days and in this case, the time duration to expiry is less than 8 days (14th-19th Sept, hence 6 days)
I refused to accept the product and raised a complaint but rather than initiating an action they started justifying the same.
Please look into this regard.

Just want to share my experience with PlaceofOrigin site. This is a classical example of how NOT to deal with customers. I bought Ratnagiri mangoes, 12 @ 1600 Rs. It was delivered late, and 5 of them were rotten, rest sour in taste. I complained, to which they replied promptly. They agreed to return price for 5 rotten ones, and returned 280. I asked about how they calculated, as it should be more than 600 Rs, and they showed their rudeness. They Denied retrning rest. Pls. get me my refund.
