Online Consumer complain against Paytm Wallet Fraud

First my Paytm wallet account was blocked for login and after several attempts and after providing several documents it was finally unblocked after several days.
The day when it was unblocked i got a call from the number 9706178453 saying that it is a call from customer care and i did check in true caller and found to be customer support number.
Person who called told me that i am from customer care from paytm and your account was blocked and now it is unblocked. This information was correct and i believed in it.
Then he said that in future if you dont want your account to blocked as it is not verified now. You should share the sms details which you will receive now. I received two sms and i shared the details which was my mistake.
With this info he transferred money from my wallet to another number 9706872519.
Then i realised that it is a fraud.!!!!!!!!!
I complained to the paytm about this and asked few questions to them -
Like how a fraud came to know that my account was blocked and it got unblocked today????
Why my account was blocked?????????
Still i have not received any response from Paytm on this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Surprising the below fraud is still active and using the same number and calling others and cheating people.

When i call to these numbers they abuse.What a system we have that though the fraud numbers are there and they are roaming freely and they are cheating people!!!!!Please take some action on them.

    On 27th, Nov 2016 i have done transaction at dominos website for order via paytm wallet. Money was deducted from my wallet but due to some technical issue order was not placed in domino's, but i didn't get cash back from paytm. I have raised query for the same but there is no response from paytm till now. I have raised same query 3 times still they are not responding to my mail. There is no other way than email to raise/ask queries to paytm. No customer care number via which i can contact them for this issue, the only way is email/ticket I have tried with the ticket and email to paytm care but there is no response from their side.

    I transferred the money from Paytm wallet to bank account but its not got credited to bank account, also not credited back to wallet as well. Raised ticket with their customer care and sent mail more than 22 times but no reply

    I did a transaction of Rs 4712 on 04.04.2017 at 00:03 AM from my paytm wallet to my SBI account. But the transaction is still pending

    your customer care # 9643-979797 & # 8948-371630 and also contacted them via email (care@paytm.com) and raised a ticket # 24532462 to cancel the order but without any success

    Hi Team,

    I have a complaint on Paytm regarding cash transaction.

    I have recharged (Loaded) Rs. 2150.00 onto Paytm wallet, for which I got confirmation email to my regestered email ID.

    But the amount didn't reflect in the Paytm wallet. I have given complain regarding the same but there is no such valuable response came. I have cross checked into my bank account for amount reversal, but it's negative.

    So I lost the amount because of Paytm, kindly look into this issue.

    I have informed several times Paytm requesting them to change my Mobile No.94910 30499 to 94454 59910, due to surrender of my former Mobile No. but to no avail. They are informing that I would get OTP on both the Mobile Nos. and that I need to feed these OTPs for updating my profile. They have failed to understand that I would not have access to Mobile No.94910 30499 and hence seeing OTP sent to this Mobile No. is not possible. However, without fully understanding my difficulties they are insisting verification of OTP being sent to earlier Mobile No. Their procedure for Profile updation is a very complicated one and I am not able to get justice and also not able to use the Paytm wallet. My Paytm funds have also been blocked due to the above problem. Please help.

    I am a regular user of Paytm wallet.Most of my purchases are done at Easyday stores.In the month of April 2017 they launched a cashback scheme of Rs50/- cash back on purchases of Rs500/-I availed the offer several times and got cash back immediately.Again the scheme was in the month of May 2017,I availed the offer but was given cashback after writing to them for cashback.Then again on 28/05/2017 I participated in the scheme but was denied cashback.I wrote several letters to them as well as their senior officers requesting them for cashback and gave them proof of past transaction of cashback received by me . But they from junior to senior officers are giving only one stereotype answer that cashback is given only once.But when I pointed out that in the past several occasions they have paid cashback on the same terms and conditions they are keeping mum.you are requested to direct them to give me my cashback of Rs50/-
