I had placed online order with INFIBEAM - online site for LG AC on 24th April - ID : 18461085 - was to be delivered by 28 Apr 2016. But we did nit receive the product it said status as at Octroi. When we followed up over email they did not take cancellation request - and took long and finally when they cancelled order - still did not receive our money back..NO REFUND Customer service disconnects call as well.
Please help. I need money back + compensation 26500 +Credit card charges for no payment as delayed refund + compensation

    I had placed online order with INFIBEAM - online site for Asus ZenFone2 Laser(ZE550KL)3GB-red,on 12th August,2016 - ID:28693935- was to be delivered by 17th Aug,2016. But I did not receive the product it said status as Returned. When I followed up over email they took long to cancel the order - still I did not receive my money back..NO REFUND. Customer service disconnects call as well.
    Please help. I need money back + compensation.
