Complaint for Poor service response from Faber leading to mental trauma

Gentleman/Madam,

Subject: Poor service response from Faber leading to mental trauma.
I am very disappointed, frustrated and subjected into deep agony & pain by the poor service response of Faber.
My case is detailed below:
1. I purchased Faber chimney from M/s Taneja Electricals, Ramesh market, East of Kailash, New Delhi on 19/10/2012 after due persuasion from the dealer that apparently this is the best chimney and it offers “life time support” warranty.
2. I have got the duly tax paid bill of the chimney. (Bill #: R/1738)
3. My chimney has been giving intermittent problem since then and was rectified by Faber after sales support team (after marathon follow ups.).
4. On the last account, my chimney failed on 17/09/2016.
5. I registered complaint at Faber toll free number. The compliant number is: 1609161981699.
6. On, rigorous follow ups, Faber support guy visited on 18/09/2016 to “inspect” chimney and said that the problem shall be rectified in two days. He also asked me to send him copy of the bill, which was produced to him.
7. Now, one week has passed. Nobody is attending the problem!
8. When called at service center, they are not even picking up the phone! (Service dealer’s number: XXXXXXXXX- This person was coordinating inspection earlier).
9. Again called up customer care on 23/09/2016, I was told that my complaint has been closed! This is very surprising that how complaint can be closed without due acknowledgement from my side!
10. I have again registered the complaint (1609161981699)

I am made to run ‘pillar to post’ for some genuine support which I am entitled to get as a consumer of Faber. This harassment by Faber has caused me huge mental trauma.
Is this the way Faber treats its customers ?

Through this email, I am requesting Faber to stop any further harassment and immediately rectify my problem in next 24 hours.
