This is to request you that I have received order number MUN357667 Dated 10-09-2016 and because it has contained a faulty product I am compelled to return it back to munafa.but munafa.com company have not give me response. please help me

    Dear sir,
    I booked a order of red fox men's jacket from munafa.com and and the product which i received from site is so cheap and fake from the product which is displayed on the site.site can only mentioned a single mob no on package and that was not in working position at all i send the problematic mail on their mail id but i cant got any reply.
    i know that now the site was so fake and make scam on consumers.
    Please help me i have all proof aginst them
