I had ordered Samsung Power Bank 16800 mAh from bookmyoffer.com order no.080467795587766 worth Rs. 448/-(including Shipping charges) ,but they delivered me fake and old Samsung Power bank 25000 mAh, however it is not working also either its get charged neither it charged the phone, when i said replace this product and give me what i ordered or refund my money, so they refused to give any exchanged and refund the money, they saying it is used now we can not replaced but to use this product it should work.
it is the request to you please help me out to get refund of the product and take this product back
