I am customer of Flipkart since 2013, more than 100 orders received till date. But now Flipkart customer service and logistics team are giving worst service even to regular customers. They don't care for customer any more. I am facing a problem in order ID OD307276084824152001 Dated 08.10.2016.
Which I received on 17.10.2016, replacement policy is for 10 days. The product =Crazeis Layered For Girls dress ( Quantity 2 ) received was of wrong size and very low quality Fabric, the product ordered is having refund policy of 10 days so i immediately requested for pickup and refund and I got confirmation mail but till date product is not been picked up and I have not received any refund even after making so many follow ups. I receive messages everyday stating the delivery is been attempted and customer not present or unable to collect which is wrong and false information given by the Flipkart worst courier team.
Amount Rs 1328 is pending and Flipkart customer service is not supporting. Called them more than 10 times and even mailed them to refund my money bu there is no confirmation on this ( spoke to Rajshree and Ritika shelar today = Flipkart Representative but they were very rude and spoke to me in very harsh tone . They even denied for the refund. I request everyone to please beware of Flipkart as they have started cheating.
