please help me i delievered a pack of maggi hot heads about five weeks ago and then i also cancelled it in between then today it came and the delivery boy said that the product you cancelled is not this one i recieved the product and then opened the product then i saw that all packs were opened and damaged then i called coustomer care of snapdeal then they said that they will call me again and then they just ignored me please help me with what to do
