Amazon.in did not deliver the book despite uregnecy and the book being received by them at the Cochin warehouse, the second book which was part of the same order though returned was delivered without any intimation or delivery notification. This has caused me tremendous agony and the response from Amazon.in has been that this is as per their policy.I had to buy the book not delivered in time from a normal book store causing a loss of Rs.250 and petrol of another 250 besides the agony it caused to me
