I have ordered a Sony MDR 650 BT head phone from Flipkart on 2nd October 2016. At the time of purchase the offer was 24% Off + 500 Rs off + 500 Rs off on the price 6999(Actual MRP as on site was 7990). but when i placed the order the amount gets reduced only to 5999, So i contacted their customer service executive. At that time the customer care executive has guaranteed me that the balance amount will get credited back only when the product is received. But its been more than a week now and i haven't received the cashback
