Complaint about Agarwal Excellent Packway Movers Pvt Ltd Substandard service by a moving company

We used the services of Agarwal Excellent Packway Movers Pvt Ltd to move our belongings from Mumbai to Delhi on 09/01/2016 (consignment number - 0752).

Unfortunately services provided by them were very substandard and we have been considerably over charged.

1. Agarwal excellent packways promised us an enclosed truck as per the contract however our consignment was shipped in an open truck.

2. Agarwal excellent packway movers promised us a full load of truck however we got only a part load and we had to share the truck with some other consignment.

3. At the point of origination, there were damages done by the movers to the Hand railing of the housing society.

We would like to be compensated for the losses that we have suffered because of bad services provided by Agarwal Excellent Packway Movers Pvt Ltd. We tried to communicate our grievances but we have not received any response from them.
