i have placed a order on snapdeal with orderno.15485545245 on 2nd october, they have promised to give 20% discount when payment made through citibank debitcard but they charged me full amount despite of making payment through citibank credit card. i have followed up with them for 6 days and they are not returning my money. this is clear cut cheating case.i request you to look into the case.
