Complaint for delay in servicing of my Infocus phone

This is to inform that I had purchased a phone of Infocus (Infocus M2 3G) in April 2015. After some time in March 2016, my phone accidently fell into the water. So, I reached the nearest service centre namely BEST SERVICES in Netaji Subhash Place(Pitampura). Then, they said that the motherboard of the phone gets damaged and I gave my phone to this service centre on 06/08/2016 to get it repaired. Now, it’s been nearly 2 months but still my phone has not get repaired YET. When I submitted my phone the service centre workers said that it would get repaired in 10 days but still after 10 days I didn’t get any response and even after 20 days more my phone has not get repaired. I am facing a lot of troubles due to this. As I really needed my phone so badly and please do something to get my phone repaired. I am very disappointed from the services of this infocus company. I want my phone to get repaired or otherwise I wanted to get replaced. Either options will help. This should need to be done as soon as possible.
