i had purchased a power bank from newly launched online seller ebazr.ninja at the time of purchase it has been shown in the picture that it has 6 month warranty and i purchased the same on 9/08/16 and got delivery on 18/08/16 as i was out of station i opened it on 21/08/16 and found that it is not working. as per their policy in case of no working product it has to be returned within 48 hours of delivery..as i opened the consignment after 48 hours i cant claim the same, fine then i requested them to give 6 months warranty on the product for that they are not responding...please help me on this. Their customer support is very poor not able to speak with any of their executive when i calling it is telling that all are busy and will get back to you but nobody is calling back and even for the email their reply is also not proper...

    I have filed a complaint with the Panasonic services in regards of my 42inch led tv which display went out on the 4th of August then I had filed a complaint with the company and they got it confirmed that the display screen has to changed. After many calls the service guys got in touch with me saying that the display is not available so I will have to buy a new set for a difference. I don't understand why do I have to pay anything when I am under a warranty period.
    The area manager Mr.Pandit refused to take my call because he dint don't have an argument for my complaint.
    Plz help me resolve this issue I am from Goa guide me how to get about with this
