Consumer complain for First Flight Couriers Limited consignment sent from Delhi to Kolkata

This is in reference to a First Flight courier consignment ref. no. D991B7454612 sent from Delhi to Kolkata and its been 2 weeks since the same remains undelivered and untracked and still shown as "In-Transit".
We were repeatedly informed that the courier has been delivered.
To my utmost shock and surprise, till this time there is neither visibility nor clarity as to why its not yet delivered.
First Flight courier sent by me contained rakhis, costing about INR 1500, which remained undelivered till date.
We would like to submit a claim of about Rs 5000 for unreasonable harassment, mental agony and emotional touch loss due to non-deliverability of Rakhi on the festival of Raksha Bandhan.
Its necessary that First Flight should get a lesson for cheating to poor consumers and taking consumer rights for granted.
