Cylinder not delivered from last 2 weeks from Sona enterprises vasant kunj

I have refilled booked last 2 weeks and i tried to call of this number but they didnt reply 9560406112/011-26893219. our cash memo number-3000151843 and i am facing lots of issues from Sona enterprises vasant kunj or they are giving cyinder to some one person in same area with black money without cash memo so that i am requesting you pls deliver the cylinder today or please take the action fast because this is regular routine of sona enterprise every month when i book the refill
