Ordered on 3 October 2016 Order# 404-1195629-9338757 I have
ordered one Moto G4 plus handset on said date from your website and it was supposed to delivered on 10th Oct 2016 but till now i haven't received my product.

Shame! despite off/in spite of repeated calls from my side, and assurances from your side, the packet is not yet delivered to me.

    Same condition here, I have ordered Mobile on 5th October, Amazon missed two targets and still have not delivered. This is the pure Harassment on us as a Customer. Everyday they say, "wait for today, today we will deliver for sure." NOW, I am getting some suspicious, If you read on Jago grahak jago, complaints about MOBILE phone and AMAZON are seen very frequent, Is there any fishy, I am even thinking to not accept the phone. Because despite the phone in my own City(Mumbai) since 4 days it has not been delivered at my address which is not even 5 km away.
