I have applied for new PAN card for my damaged PAN card at https://www.applypanonline.com on 24th August, 2015. I had submitted all required documents with a 219 Rs charge for that. I had couriered my all document at their address at my cost as well. At that time they told me that I will receive my PAN card in 45 days.
It has been one year since I applied for PAN card, but not yet receive my PAN card. Every time I checked my status with application number – 2015082430192, their website shows “Under process at UTITSL. Waiting for response”, from last year I am getting this message.
In between when I contact them, they replied my there is a mistake in father’s name and I have sent my Aadhaar card for that but there is no result.
