Complain to Jabong online shopping, customer care team is not been responding

This is withe reference to Jabong online shopping.
The customer care team is not been responding form last 2 weeks for my return of products and refund associated with it.
The products delivered didn't match expectations so I wanted to return while one product from the order remained undelivered.
Jabong has not been responding from 29th July 2016
