WORST, MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, DIRTY, SHAMELESS, STUBBORN, ARROGANT and DISGUSTING behaviour shown by the conductor of bus no. 521 (MH-01 LA. 6567) morning dated 17/07/21 @ deonar depot.
This is to inform and raise a complaint against the MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, DISGUSTING AND GOONDA BEHAVIOUR shown by the best conductor in the bus no. 521(Vasantrao naik chowk - deonar depot).
This is for the second time where I experienced INSULTING by your conductor, there is no respect left for the public and some of the conductors are MANNERLESS, ARROGANT, STUBBORN and LETHARGIC like today morning, he was so SHAMELESS, LETHARGIC, MANNERLESS and ARROGANT.
The bus no. 521 was till deonar depot after reaching deonar from both sides front and back the people were getting down and I was on the back side 2/3 seats away from back door as there were public in the front door so I decided to go back and alight because my leg was hurt but this ARROGANT, STUBBORN and LETHARGIC conductor stood in front of me and with his whole body pressure was not allowing me to go back and pushing me in front this was his first mistake and secondly he kicked my back when asked why did he do that he MISBEHAVED with me saying that what if he kicked the back. And when I told him that I will raise the complaint of this in return he told me in GOONDA, STUBBORN and ARROGANT way do whatever I want and go to hell.
And thirdly it is made compulsory for everyone me, him and the public to wear a mask and the rule applies for everyone so how can he deny the rule and wear a mask under his nose, this is wrong and the conductor twice he pounce on me in the bus and after pouncing on me he started MISBEHAVING, MANNERLESS and ARROGANT talks.
So kindly take some SERIOUS, STRICT and SACKING action because this type of GOONDA BEHAVIOUR is not tolerated and lastly you people say use public transport and we use than this type of MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, DISGUSTING AND INSULTING BEHAVIOUR is shown by your conductor.
