Not providing proper internet service

We are facing this problem since from 12 to 13 months idea internet service provider do not provide proper 4G speed internet service, every time they told us we will fixed this problem very soon but no progress happen over on internet speed.not I'm only one who facing this kind of problem Bt lots of people from my area facing same problem. They promised us they will provide proper 4G speed internet service Bt actual internet speed is 2G. In this social media era bt im feel like we are leaving in 1960, it was so irritating , after that 74 yr of independence we cannot get proper internet service it's pretty sad. Hope idea internet service provider will understand my problem.
