My name is Raja Gaurav, I have a complaint against Amazon.in. I had purchased a wireless headphone through their online website on 15-10-2016 and it was told to me that it will dispatched to me on 31-10-2016 but I didn't receive it then I called Amazon customer care number and then they said please wait for some more days it will be given to you for sure as they are coordinating with the seller but I didn't get any response then again I called them and they said that the product is out of stock so you can take refund on the same then I said okay initiate a refund and give my money back in my account. I made the payment using my debit card so they said it will be credit soon in your card and I also checked my email where I saw that the refund generated date was 19-11-2016

Refund Reference # 74332746324632369333134

Today they said that they have sent me the money and asked me to talk to my bank. I called my bank and my bank informed me that nothing has been credit moreover they said their is no much request of RS. 1705. Please look into this matter, I neither received the product nor my money. It's been 1 month and 15 days they guys are haresing me every day. Please help me get my money from Amazon. In

I have all the things with as a proof that I can show you which proofs that whatever they are doing with me is wrong.
