Shopping Fraud on Instagram - The clothing rack by Divya Mishra

Hi,

I paid Rs 3700 for a dress to an online account on Instagram by following name - the_clothing_rack by Divya Mishra (divya_mishra9). I neither received my order nor is she refunding my money. I saw similar complaints on her account. Pls help get my money back. It was transferred via my Paytm number.
