I am the regular customer at your relence store parvana road, jagat puri Delhi-110051
I purchased to 4kg amoul toned milk on 28.07.2020 in the morning at 7.45 am. After boiling the milk I could put in the refrigerator as usual. But when I open the refrigerator then i saw the milk was sour and became useless. In the evening I went to store to complaint the quality of milk with amoul toned milk packing and the staff in the store told me to come next morning for replacing. Next day I went to the store for the milk but the head staff refuse to compensate me then I purchased milk by paying money.
In view of the above it is not the right to refuse for compensation against the supplied sour milk. I request that the necessary step may be taken at your end
