Dear Decathlon Team,

I was humiliated at ur Store today in front of other fellow customers just because I used the feature of "scan and pay" my payment was successfully done for #Btwincycle and I was then asked to take the money back just because some other customer I was looking fr it.

I will make sure that I will spread the word. Worst experience of my life, now I will definitely prefer to buy local stuff and will let other people also know abouth it.

In addition to it when I asked the store manager to provide me the cycle on Tuesday or Wednesday he completely refused to it and shouted on me. This was really humiliating & at the time of cancelling the order I saw the counter guy took satisfactory feedback on his own without asking me. This is something really disappointing team I never expected this from Decathlon.
