I have purchased some items from the Shoppers Stop app on 27th September 2020. However till date the product is not delivered. I have made complaints through email. And the Shoppers stop team informed that the amount will be refunded as the order could not be delivered. However still I am waiting for my refund. This is just a fraudulent service.
