Refund of money, I have order by order no 146813 I also received the said items not as I have demand

I have booked two kurtis of 399 x 2 = 798
one Dress of Rs.599= 599
& one Lehnga of Rs.699 =699 = GST and Shipping charges Rs 150
The Total of Rs.2246 I have order by order no 146813
I also received the said items not as I have demanded the company sent me four torned/Scraped Saree not a single piece was sent as per my order and I had paid mone by cash on deliver on 15-10-2018 on the same day I have submitted the refund form WPform 7739 but till date i have not get any response from the company
