Yesterday visited Bigbazaar at Eva Mall, Manjalpur, Vadodara exploring the MahaBachat offers.

Found that Delmonte Rigatti penne pasta 500 gm had scheme which stated buy 1 get 1 free. It is of MRP 175 Rs. Instead of charging half price as per the scheme, I was charged 185 Rs which is 10 Rs more than MRP!

This is pathetic and very very disappointing.

Called customer care and was asked to go to the store again and then talk to customer care support there!

I standed in billing line for 1 hour due to so much rush and is it my fault in this! I should get my money back at my home now. Why should I waste my time and petrol money when the fault lies in bigbazaar's poor system management!

And yes charging more than MRP is an offense in India.
