ORDERED A Vu 32"TV IN EXCHANGE OFFER ON FLIPKART IN ITS SEPT END SALE.DUE TO MEDICAL EMERGENCY I LEFT FOR HOME WAITING FOR TV TO REACH UPTO 26TH SEPT BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT REACHED ON 27TH SEPT IN MY ABSENCE.HOWEVER I WAS EXPECTING THE SAME SO I JUST INFORMED MY LANDLORD REGARDING SAME.BUT THE THING IS FLIPKART DELIVERY PERSON INSTEAD OF PICKING THE READY TO PICK (AS CONDITION MENTIONED BY FLIPKART DAT PRODUCT SHD B RDY TO PIK) TV OF SONY BRAVIA MODEL 32",HE UNINSTALLED THE INSTALLED AND WALL MOUNTED ALMOST NEW TV OF VIDEOCON BRAND.ALSO NO SIGN OF CUSTOMER ON PICK UP PAPER.FURTHER,THE PERSON NOT EVEN MATCHED THE DETAILS PROVIDED WHILE ORDERING THE PRODUCT ON THE BASIS OF WHICH FLIPKART DECIDED TO GIVE VALUATION OF EXCHANGE OF RS 6000.SO OBVIOUSLY ITS NOT A VALUATION FOR FULL HEALTHY TV.ALSO WHATS THE USE OF ASKING DETAILS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER WHEN THEIR PERSON RANDOMELY PICKED WHATEVER PRODUCT HE LIKES.
