I ordered a product from womenrocks.com.But the product which I received is not similar to what is given on the website and product quality is very bad.
So I contacted them (No: +91-8140966671) and told them that I want to return the product as I am not satisfied with the product.
But they are telling me that product will not be taken back and my money will not be refunded.

Please help me in this regard.
