I have purchase a casual show from snap deal with order number 17892034959, on jan 12, 2017 and on 21 jan i received a sms that item have been delivered but neither i received any call nor the product from snapdeal side.

I have called them several time regarding this and registered a complaint with complaint no 39367871.

They are not solving my problem but harassing me on the calls

kindly look in this matter.
