Unreachable customer care and no order tracking

I ordered a shoe rack from http://www.inkgrid.com/ on 26 Nov 16, 10:49 p.m
Till date received no information when my product will be delivered. Tried contacting their customer service at +91.9999.132.132 many times but no one picks up the call. Wrote multiple stinkers to their mail id support@inkgrid.com but these shameless frauds still not responded.

I feel harassed and cheated now. My sincere suggestions -- "Don't buy from inkgrid. NEVER". You will regret doing it.

I guess consumer forum is where I should take this matter to.
