No Replacement of the Product, ordered a Xiaomi Mi5 phone from Snapdeal

Hi ordered a Xiaomi Mi5 phone from Snapdeal and they delivered me a defective piece. I placed a request for replacement. The phone got picked up. now they are giving me no status of the pickup or the phone or the replacement.
They have no information to give at all. Also the customer care people are rude and ignorant. Plus i have already payed for the product(Rs25000) and it has been a month.
Please provide help in this issue.
