I had placed Order #100002358 with 24x7fresh.in on April 23, 2016. I had ordered Mother Diary Tonned 500 Ml Milk x 30 Days. It has been over a month but I haven't heard back from them. They have neither delivered the order nor have they refunded the payment. The order has been in processing state for all this time. Multiple mails and calls to the customer care have gone unanswered.

    I had placed Order #500000336 with 24x7fresh.in on May 13, 2016. I had ordered Mother Diary Tonned 2 x 500 Ml Milk x 30 Days. It has been over a month but I haven't heard back from them. They have neither delivered the order nor have they refunded the payment. The order has been in processing state for all this time. I have made multiple calls to the customer care but most of the time they don't answer the calls and even if they do they keep extending the delivery date and cut the call in between. And when asked for refund they say that their tie up with payment gateway is now suspended so the amount cannot be refunded as told to me by a senior official of the site.
