Not returning the product taken at the name of warranty repair

On 31st of july i purchased a sandal from shop NEW LOOK COLLECTION M-12 G.T. BAZAR, GOURAV TOWER, MALVIYA NAGAR, JAIPUR.
That day i faced worst experience of shopping at GT.
As i worn the sandal on 1st of aug first time.those sandals broke after 4 to 5 hours.which explains the quality of sandals.
On 2nd of aug when i ask shopkeeper to exchange or for repair.he took the sandal and said i will return it after 3days adding i will deliver it to your doorstep.when i called he said sorry it will take more time.today it's 22nd of aug they have lots of excuses.they are neither delivering not returning my money back.even not answering my call...this is too annoying situation for me.as i returned my sandal for repair i don't have picture of broken sandal.
