Not delivering my Prepaid order and cancel my order without my permission.

I order two product from Myntra on 22/12/2018 one watch and 28/12/2018 a jeans. They didn't deliver my product on time and after promise date they didn't deliver my product till 7/01/2019. When i call them they refuse me to deliver my product and denied me to deliver and said to me do what you want to we don't deliver product. On 8/01/2019 they cancel my order without my permission. Plz help me it's urgent and punish them so in future they don't do this kind of shit.
