Expired warranty mobile sold by Amazon / Coolpad deny to provide denial service letter

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that I purchase a coolpad mobile phone from Amazon on 30 December 2017 still it is under warranty till 29 December 2018.

When I reaches to coolpad service center for the service of its battery on 23 June 2018. The service center boy submit the mobile and give me 5 to 10 days for its repairing. On 28 June I called to ask the status for the mobile resolution he told me that it will be chargeable 800 to 1500. And told me that the warranty of this mobile phone expired on 29 Apr 2018, when I asked with him for it he told me that the mobile was purchase on 30 Apr 2017. And he deny to service for it.

I told the same situation to Amazon that its not possible and Amazon asking for the denial service letter. But the service center guy does want not providing the denial letter. Service boy told me that I am not denying for the service but the warranty of this mobile phone has been expired then I denying to provide it.

Its mean the product was purchased on 30 April 2017. And Amazon re-sold it again on 30 December 2017 to me.

So that I would like to humble request you to kindly help me and take an action against amazon who fraud a big deal with the universe of the customer. Thank you.
