PAYTM Discount not credited into account for vehicle booking

I booked TVS jupiter at paytm on 24 February 2018 and applied promo code BIKE2500 for 2700 cashback.I got bike from dealer-Darshana tvs station road alwar, at 3 march 2018.But Paytm not updated delivery into their system.Because of this i haven't receive the cash back.
I have reminded multiple time to paytm regarding this but always get predefined response.
