Amount not convert in EMI , purchase a mobile Samsung galaxy J7 Next (Gold, 16GB) from amazon

I have purchase a mobile Samsung galaxy J7 Next (Gold, 16GB) from amazon mobile application if 3 Months no cost EMI offer. The total amount of mobile was Rs. 9203.3. But actually as per bank this amount still not converted in 3 months no cost EMI due to EMI request not receive from my side or merchant site. As i contacted to merchant team, they are saying that they already sent EMI Request.This all process should be complete in 5~7 working days of purchase as per merchant site. Merchant site is responsible for this because they offered me this No cost EMI offer not bank. Order no. is 403-9539685-0241930.

Now the problem is that As per my credit card bill due date is 01-08-2018. If the amount is not convert in 3 Months no cost EMI, then I will have to pay full amount till due date. If any query let me know at below contact details.
