Hi team..
This complaint is regarding the behavior of that shop owner, i bought a product and the shopkeeper did not gave me the purchase invoice.
So the detail thing is I baught a product from the shop: sai kripa, D-11, 22 G.T. bazzar, gaurav tower, malviya nagar, jaipur and when i went to exchange the product, the person said... i can not do this right now so i am giving you credit note, you can use it later.
when again i went for top the shop with the credit note, the person on the shop said.... we do not do this on saturday and sunday.
so when i said that the person was on shop told me to come again this is reason I came here now you are denying to change it. please call that person and ask for the same..
then the shop owner said....i am not going to call... you call yourself..
like seriously... this is your shop.. you should call that person... why should i???
then the owner shouted at me and said... nhi hoga exchange matlab nhi hoga.
I just wanna ask one thing...is it the way to talk to a customer.
Its not about the money, its about the way you are talking to a person..
kindly take a strict actions against the shop owner so that he can never behave in the same way again.
