I ordered Akin Set of 5 Cotton Bath Towel from snapdeal (order no.12544308478) on 28 march 2016 and i recived it on 2 April 2016 when i open the parcel i got the product of wrong size (size mention on snapdeal is 55 x 28 and i actually receive size of 44 x 22) i call snapdeal immediately and explain my problem. on 3 April 2016 snpdeal arrange reverse pickup for me (by fedex courier) but the courier doesn''t pickup my parcel after 3 days. i check the nearest fedex courier office but it far from me about 200km. so i call snapdeal again and request to change the courier service but no action was taken by snapdeal.after that i again call snapdeal about 5 to 6 times and also email. but that time snapdeal doesn''t respond to my complaint.
