Dear Sir,
Sub: Complaint about faulty Power Bank PP 7000 mAh

I am unhappy with the quality of a Power Bank PP 7000 mAh I bought at Mumbai on 14 December, 2015 and I am writing to seek a replacement.

This is request letter to you regarding defected Power Bank PP 7000[PP 7000 mAh] which was supplied by Ambrane through Infibeam company. to me on 14/12/2015 at my Mumbai office address and there after several calls and communication with both companies. There service centres neither my problem was resolved nor got replacement for the specifics item or service.
