No response from snapdeal to refund the money

I have purchased a helmet from snapdeal on 17 March 2016 and I have received product on 19 March 2016 and the product was different in colour so I have call snapdeal to return /refund so they told we have requested to refund you money and they told you will receive a call within 24 hour from snapdeal for replacement or refund.
I have not recived any call for replacement or refund from 21, 22, 23 March 2016 I am calling daily snapdeal but no reply from snapdeal.
Plz do the needful
